Earl grey with lavender

Earl grey with lavender has a more refined and subtle flavor. Some would say it's gentler and more soothing than most earl greys, while still providing that typical "earl greyness" that most lovers of the earl seek.
Bisbee Coffee offers this fair trade product with its excellent earl grey flavor, augmented with french lavender pearls.

Flavored Black Teas

Black tea, or red tea as it's known in China, is the result of a complete oxidation of the leaf before being fired. First the leaf is spread out and left to wilt naturally, losing its stiffness and much of its weight. Then it's rolled, exposing essential oils to the air and starting the oxidization process.

Bisbee Coffee Company offers a variety of blends: Cinnamon Apple; French Vanilla Essence; and Peach Apricot Essence. So bring your mug and read the tea leaves from our outside patio, as the morning mountain air waifs down the canyon.

Sulawesi Kalossi Grade 1

Sulawesi produces only around 70,000 bags of coffee each year at around 760m to 1070m above sea level. The coffee beans are graded 1 to 4 with 1 being the best quality and usually posessing the best cup characteristics. Bisbee Coffee describes this as having Baker's chocolate flavors, velvety body, clean cup. Dark roast.

Sulawesi lies to the North of Timor and the town of Kalossi is slightly to the south of the town of Rantepao in the growing region of Toraja. The coffee trees are grown on small plots around the villagers' houses and the entire family engages in the picking and processing. Coffee is even grown on the rice paddies that provide the staple diet. Coffee serves as a cash crop that supplements the family income.

Formosa Style Oolong Tea

Formosa Oolong is grown on the island of Taiwan. It was given the name 'Ilha Formosa' by a Dutch sailor traveling on a ship from Portugal about 400 years ago. The Taiwanese population is made up of the descendants of the Malay-Polynesian aborigines who mixed with the migrant Chinese workers brought in by the Dutch. The Formosa Oolongs have developed ever since the tea was brought over from the Chinese province of Fuijian where it was first produced.
The Bisbee Coffee offers this delicate orchid-like oolong with light and sweet milky character in 12oz cups, small pots and large pots. Organic Formosa or Tung Ting, which means 'Icy Summit', is best brewed Gong Fu style and can be steeped several times.

Brazil Moreninha Formosa

Mmm... Have you tried the Brazil Moreninha Formosa Coffee Beans yet? They provide an excellence in flavor for your everyday cup of Joe, and they are a top choice in premium gourmet coffees. These beans are cultivated in Brazil at 1200 m in elevation, which is high for the country of Brazil. This enables the beans to grow slower and larger so that they can have a finer acidity and finish over coffee that is grown at a lower altitude. The Brazil Moreninha Formosa Coffee Beans offer natural and delicious flavors that have earthy undertones, and all of the coffee beans are handpicked for the utmost quality.

When these coffee beans are harvested, they are under strict quality control to make sure that all of the coffee cherries are undamaged and protected. The beans are dried on African beds in a hot air conditions that contribute to a better flavor overall. This allows moisture to consistently evaporate to provide an even roast quality in the final product. When you take a sip of this cup of Joe, you will taste surprising chocolate cherry flavors and hints of orange within a full body. Overall, the Brazil Moreninha Formosa Coffee Beans provide undertones of nuttiness with a sweet flavor in the cup. Remember that all of our coffees are freshly roasted the day that they ship to you!

A Pause for the Cause

In these present times, we need to pause for the cause, to disengage from the self-induced woes and fearful concern over our well-being. Even if it is reflective of an earlier time, then let us take the advice of Irving Berlin:

Let's Have Another Cup Of Coffee
Music and Words by Irving Berlin

http://video.aol.com/video-detail/enric-madriguera-and-his-hotel-biltmore-orch-lets-have-another-cup-of-coffee-1933/1936130000

Just around the corner,
There's a rainbow in the sky,
So let's have another cup of coffee
And let's have another piece of pie.

Trouble's just a bubble,
And the clouds will soon roll by,
So let's have another cup of coffee
And let's have another piece of pie.

Let a smile be your umbrella,
For it's just an April shower.
Even John D. Rockefeller
Is looking for that silver lining.

Mr. Herbert Hoover
Says that now's the time to buy,
So let's have another cup of coffee
And let's have another piece of pie.

So relax, come by the Bisbee Coffee Company and order up a tall cup of Joe, and choose from our selection of pies for a pause for the cause...being happy and thankful.
