Monsoon Tea

Monsoon Tea? you ask. Well, you take one of Bisbee Coffee Company teas, say...Herbal Cranberry Orange, and you put it in the proverbial jar of water to be placed in the hot Arizona sun. Let it brew all morning and early afternoon. Then around 2 o'clock chill it down in the freezer. Wait an hour and pour it over ice, and by that time the clouds will have been brewing themselves, and as the first drops of heaven come down, you can enjoy the show with a splendid glass of Monsoon Tea.
