Where else can you can find a cook who takes the time and effort not only to bake brownies, but in the process give it a personal artistic touch? This is an example of such personal detail, creating the effect of floral leaves into the cooling process of chocolate fudge. Time is of the essence, and each impression made into the batter could be a chance to be flawed.

But just look at this fudge square, is there not compassion to create the best fudge in the little town of Bisbee shown here? You are caught in the classic predicament of the ages of fine culinary experiences: "Should I indulge the impulsive nature in me to devour the delicacy, or should I suppress the urges to higher more honorable cause of admiration for creative art?"

Only at The Bisbee Scoop can this dilemma be experienced.
