Code 3 Coffee

We wanted to give credit to the people that come to the rescue, when time is of the essence and having on-hand medical equipment to facilitate the best in rescue medicine. One of these heroes is Arizona Lifeline, whose mission statement is,

"Providing the Standard for Safety and Excellence in Air Medical Transport to the critically ill or injured throughout Arizona."

They are on-call 24/7, and need to be ready when the call comes in for life-saving action. That is why we at the Bisbee Coffee Company are introducing Code 3 Coffee, dedicated to these men and women who give 100% to saving lives. They wanted a coffee that was a dark roast that would give them the midnight hour alertness without the acidity that most have on that level, while giving them a great rich flavor.

Giving this much thought, our Roaster, Brian, developed a roast to fill those requests. The result is astounding, the first batch of Code 3 flew off our counter and people are placing order ahead of time.

Though this is dedicated to those at Arizona Lifeline, it is also recognizes all that are in the service of our well being; be it medical, local authorities, or our border patrol and the National Guard keeping watch for our national security. This is our best for all of you, and appreciate all that you do.
