Ian has been with Bisbee coffee for over four years and has seen his share of coffee blends. He has also tasted his product enough to know what he likes and does not want to quaff again. With this said, Ian answered my question in regards to what was his favorite blend in view of his many pours. Survey says: Caramel white chocolate latte.
He really could not put his finger on it, it just tasted good. It was also very basic and simple for ingredients. "It doesn't come any better" he plainly remarked.
And so this is the concoction:
2 shots of espresso
1/2 shot white chocolate
1/2 shot of caramel
That's it. Plain and simple. "This drink is the culmination of my four years of experience as a Barista." And so it all comes back to basics, a good blend of espresso with a little character ingredient for taste.
